If you have attended an event at Talley Vineyards, you have been fortunate enough to enjoy the culinary expertise of Sarah
Matthews. Sarah does an amazing job catering for us and we all have personal favorites from her repertoire of delicious dishes. With winter here, and an El Nino winter no less, we can’t help but think of Sarah’s beef stew. She was kind enough to share the recipe, as well as some helpful preparation tips. We recommend enjoying this dish with a loaf of crusty bread and a bottle of 2013 Bishop’s Peak Elevation.
