The 2015 vintage of Estate Pinot Noir is translucent garnet in hue and expressive of the distinctive character of the Arroyo Grande Valley which produces structured pinot noir with strong mineral notes.
On the palate, notes of honey-roasted peanuts lead to a rich and toasty finish. Enjoy this Chardonnay with pad thai or chicken piccata in a caper and butter sauce.
With an exquisite boysenberry hue, it offers aromas of cherry, plum, and jasmine. Soft mineral nuances of river rock on the palate are complemented by notes of tart blackberry and candied cherry.
On the palate, notes of green apple and mandarin rind are bolstered by exceptional acid and luscious salinity.
Pale straw in appearance and expresses bright aromas of apricot, orange blossom, and white peach. The palate is supple with soft caramel notes that lead to a rich and toasty finish.
