The 2008 Mano Tinta blend consists of hearty grape varieties known for producing dark and robust red wines. This wine has a complex bouquet layered with aromas of blueberry, blackberry, pepper, clove, with hints of sweet tobacco leaf. This full bodied red wine is consistently rich on the palate with flavors of red fruit and spice that finish with soft, well-balanced tannins. This wine would make a tasty and festive pairing to a grilled flat iron steak with chimichurri sauce.
