Enjoy it with grilled New York steak, or sharp cheese.

Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
The 2008 growing season brought erratic weather in the inland valleys of the Central Coast with extreme summer heat followed by an early frost in mid October. Fortunately, the grapes were harvested without problem and the year produced wines with great concentration and finesse.
Winemaker Notes
76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit verdot, 2% malbec
