The 2010 Mano Tinta blend consists of hearty grape varieties known for producing dark and robust red wines. This wine has a complex aroma of wild blackberry, sweet plum, and earthy clove. Rich and full bodied on the palate with ripe cassis, cocoa and notes of bright raspberry, it finishes with structured tannins. The spicy flavors and firm structure of the Mano Tinta makes it a perfect partner for grilled meats or aged cheese.
Mano Tinta, “Red Hand”, is a robust red wine dedicated to the pride and commitment of farm workers to their craft. All of the grapes, materials and services used to make this wine were donated.
