Deep ruby in color, this blend has sweet and spicy aromas of black cherry, wild sage, and cola with hints cinnamon. The mid palate is full bodied with lush flavors of dark fruit and spice. This wine has a big, balanced tannin structure that leads into a long finish making it a nice complement to grilled meats and tomato based Italian dishes.

Vineyard Notes
The Red Table Wine is a unique, multi-variety red wine blend produced by the Talley family. Syrah and cabernet sauvignon from Paso Robles are the predominant varieties. As with all wines produced under the Bishop’s Peak label, the goal is to make a handcrafted wine that reflects the distinctive characteristics of San Luis Obispo County vineyards.

Excellent red, especially for the price! We love its big full bodied taste, with meats on the grill, pasta...anything!
