Jean Neas developed a passion for watercolor after earning her degree in art education. She
ceased painting for 15 years while building another business, but rediscovered her talent
after moving to the Central Coast in 1999. Her paintings employ bold colors and brushstrokes
to evoke a wide range of moods and feelings.
